In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "okbeat," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the platform accessible at okbeat.org, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR to offer online gaming services to eligible Philippine residents.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the website at okbeat.org, all associated mobile-optimised pages, gaming interfaces, betting engines, cashier systems, and support tools operated by okbeat.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any natural person who registers an account on the okbeat Platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created by a natural person on the okbeat Platform, through which access to gaming services, financial transactions, and promotional benefits are managed.
• "Balance" — refers to all funds held within an okbeat Account, including real-money deposits, unforfeited withdrawal-eligible winnings, and qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required for all okbeat accounts before withdrawal privileges are activated.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-owned and controlled corporation that regulates gambling activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the okbeat Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with okbeat's Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the okbeat Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the okbeat Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling age restrictions under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• You are acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of okbeat or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the okbeat Platform or had your Account closed due to a Terms violation.
• You are not included on any PAGCOR exclusion list or similar regulatory exclusion register applicable in the Philippines.

okbeat reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof upon request will result in suspension of Account privileges pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the okbeat Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. okbeat will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify okbeat support immediately and change your password without delay.

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations and responsible gaming requirements, okbeat is legally required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before activating bonus entitlements.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) Card
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office
• SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

okbeat may additionally require proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials at its discretion. Accounts subject to pending KYC review will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

okbeat accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. okbeat reserves the right to return third-party deposits and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, and must be directed to an account registered in the Player's verified name. okbeat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times stated above apply to fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. okbeat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or anti-money-laundering controls, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified of any delay and its approximate duration.

okbeat offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including a Welcome Bonus, Daily Reload Bonus, Weekly Cashback, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual offer terms) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering multiplier for the Welcome Bonus is 35x.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period, stated in the individual offer. Bonus Funds not used or wagered requirements not met within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit okbeat's promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• One Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus is available once per verified player. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional Welcome Bonuses constitutes fraud.

All games offered on the okbeat Platform — whether RNG-powered slots and table games or live dealer games — are certified and independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following gameplay rules apply across all okbeat game categories:

• Players accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live physical mechanics (in the case of live dealer games) and acknowledge that past outcomes do not influence future results.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, including disconnection or server error, okbeat's internal game logs constitute the authoritative record of the round outcome. Disputed outcomes will be reviewed against these logs.
• Maximum bet limits per game round apply as displayed within each game. Exceeding maximum bet limits using Bonus Funds may result in void rounds and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• okbeat reserves the right to void any wager placed in error — including wagers resulting from incorrectly displayed odds or game information — and to refund the original stake to the Player's Account.

Sports betting markets offered by okbeat, including Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, esports, and sabong, are subject to the following additional rules:

• All displayed odds are subject to change prior to market closure. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the wager is confirmed, not at any earlier point during selection.
• okbeat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or void any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in response to suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or market information errors.
• In-play (live) markets are closed automatically upon the occurrence of the relevant event outcome. Late bets placed after the triggering event has occurred — whether due to delay or system error — will be voided and stakes returned.
• The cash-out feature allows Players to settle open bets before the event concludes at a dynamically calculated value. okbeat may suspend the cash-out feature on individual markets or globally at any time.
• Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). Postponed events are re-scheduled if rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise bets are voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbeat Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent account review process.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials on the okbeat Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person, including acting as a proxy account for a self-excluded player.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward okbeat employees, live dealers, or other players in any communication channel.

okbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances: suspected violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; inactivity of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance; or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, existing real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be held in trust and returned to the Player via the original deposit method if the investigation concludes without a finding of Terms violation.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, okbeat reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including real-money deposits and any associated winnings, in proportion to the severity of the breach and applicable legal obligations.

okbeat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming obligations. Players must be at least 21 years of age. okbeat provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts — Customisable notifications when a specified session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary account access suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Existing real-money balances remain withdrawable during cooling-off periods.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanent, irrevocable closure of the Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed by the Player after activation. Remaining real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method within 7 business days.

All intellectual property on the okbeat Platform — including but not limited to the okbeat brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional content, written content, software code, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of okbeat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of okbeat.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbeat's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" basis. okbeat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or compatibility with any particular device or internet connection.

okbeat processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules of the National Privacy Commission. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by okbeat's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR and relevant regulatory authorities where legally required, and with third-party game providers and payment processors where necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

okbeat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Where amendments are material — affecting your rights, financial terms, or game availability — okbeat will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the published effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to withdraw your balance, contact support before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code, the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding Account balances, withdrawal requests, game outcomes, or bonus terms, shall be addressed through the following resolution process:

• Step 1 — Internal Support: Submit a formal written complaint to okbeat's customer support team. okbeat will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate to okbeat's compliance team, which will review the matter within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — PAGCOR: Unresolved complaints may be referred to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint channels. okbeat will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
