okbeat Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters at okbeat. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect when you use the okbeat Platform, why we collect it, how we protect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have under Philippine law. We believe you deserve plain, honest answers — not pages of deliberate obscurity.

Our Privacy Commitments to You

Six core pledges that govern how okbeat handles every piece of data you entrust to us.

We Never Sell Your Data
okbeat does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers. Your data is shared only where necessary to deliver the services you requested or where required by Philippine law and our PAGCOR obligations.
SSL Encryption on Every Request
Every data exchange between your browser or mobile device and the okbeat Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL — the same standard used by Philippine banks. Your login credentials, personal details, and payment information are never transmitted in plain text under any circumstances.
Data Privacy Act Compliance
okbeat processes personal data in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Your data subject rights under this law are upheld without exception.
You Control Your Data
You have the right to access, correct, update, and delete your personal data held by okbeat. You may also object to specific processing activities or request data portability. These rights are exercisable by contacting okbeat's support team or Data Protection Officer at any time.
Defined Retention Periods
okbeat retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law (typically five years for transaction records under Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations). After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Breach Notification Within 72 Hours
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach affecting your account, okbeat is committed to notifying the National Privacy Commission and affected players within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03 and applicable breach notification requirements.
